A. If a deposit is charged for facilities, the facility must be returned in the same condition as when it was issued and at the agreed time. If the facility is not returned in the same condition, the resort may retain the deposit. Is the facility returned later than the agreed time? The deposit will be retained and a fine of €10.00 per 15 minutes will be charged.

B. Paved barrier passes are subject to a €50.00 deposit. We do not receive the paved barrier pass back? The deposit will be retained.

C. The resort may require a deposit for the stay at any time. If a group reservation is made, a standard rate deposit will be charged for this.
