A. Found objects can be handed in at the reception desk. At the request of any guest who has already left, the found object may be sent to him or her at his or her own expense and risk (cash on delivery). The entrepreneur is never liable for any damage to the found object.

B. If the owner of a found object does not report within one month of the issue of the found object, he or she shall be deemed to have relinquished possession thereof.
