A. Incoming mail is kept for you at the reception desk for a specified period of time. Collection of mail items is the guest's own responsibility. The business owner is not responsible for lost or damaged mail items.

B. If you have packages delivered to our address, they will be deposited in the designated package box. This is located at the bicycle rental across from the reception desk. Having packages delivered is the guest's own responsibility at all times. The entrepreneur is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Also, no packages can be delivered that require a signature.

C. It is forbidden to enter the water of the Rozenwiel with boats, sup boarding or other water sports facilities. Swimming is also not permitted here.

D. Water scooters and jet skis and e-foils are prohibited in our marina and vacation park. These are therefore not allowed to use the jetties and ramps at the marina and and vacation park.

E. It is prohibited to deliver door-to-door advertising; to sell things (door-to-door) on the park; to offer services; to hold a private or public sale; to consume alcohol outside the accommodation and/or outside the catering facilities; to use or possess (soft) drugs on, around and in the accommodation; to have tap installations with pressurized cylinders at one's disposal; to possess (fire) weapons.

F. Your stay on Holiday Park Eiland van Maurik is at your own risk. The management of the holiday park is not liable for damage and accidents of persons, or damage to, or theft of, goods of campers or visitors. Damage caused by you and your children, guests, visitors or dogs must be paid for.

G. Party tents are only allowed if you use the party tent instead of an awning or front tent, it is no larger than 3 by 3 metres and does not disturb your neighbours. Party tents are not allowed next to your camping equipment.

H. When not present in, around or on the pitch or accommodation, all loose items such as bicycles, toys, etc. must be cleared away all around and stored and placed out of sight as much as possible.

I. The use of electric heating is not permitted.

J. It is not allowed to charge an electric car at the pitch or accommodation. There are six charging stations available on our vacation park. Please ask at the reception for the possibilities.

K. Boats (rowing fishing, motor and rubber boats, etc.) and trailers/trailers may not be stored at the pitch or accommodation. For a set fee, these may be placed in the water or with trailer on the shore.

L. The minimum age to stay overnight at our vacation park is 21+.

M. Placing a kiddie pool on a public field, is not allowed.

N. The placement of a children's pool on the pitch you have rented is permitted, provided that an adult is present to supervise anyone who goes in or around the pool and for what happens in his/her presence or absence.

O. In the evening, at night and when leaving the pitch, please remove the pool.

P. Swimming pools (inflatable or with a hard or flexible wall) whose rim is higher than 30 cm are prohibited.

Q. Flying a drone over the resort is prohibited unless prior written permission is obtained from the park management.

R. Electric steps are not allowed throughout the park.
